Confirming Images of Moscow's Strikes in Front-Line the Zaporizhzhia Area
New aerial photographs appear to offer the strongest proof yet that combat operations are taking place in the zone.
Pictures captured on Monday displayed a substantial military concentration in the northern area of the locality, close to a key point.
The aerial photo, captured just after 8:30 in the morning regional time, reveals around 40 armored units positioned among the ruins of dozens buildings leveled in recent period. Smoke could also be spotted billowing from a building and a street in the vicinity.
A procession of several transports could also be observed to the lower area of the urban center on a major road close to a strategic route, where there was a sizable quantity of defense units located in staging areas surrounded by embankments—temporary barricades built of earth or dirt.
These transports were not visible at this spot in earlier recent aerial imagery, however it should be mentioned that while this image was recorded in the morning, prior photos were taken in the early afternoon.
The photos also showed a dense line of vehicles stretching several kilometers out of the city along a waterfront route. People have been evacuating along this path for a period now, attempting to flee the ongoing conflict.
